Saadgi Designer Boutique ("we", "us", "our") is a custom fashion boutique based in Bangalore, India. We offer unstitched, semi-stitched, ready-made ethnic wear and customwear through our online store hosted on Shopify.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.


3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, design details, colours, fabric information and pricing accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, handwork, dye lots, fabric texture and tailoring or finishing processes.


Our catalogue may include unstitched, semi-stitched, ready-made and customwear items. Certain products may be made to order or finished after an order is placed.


4. Measurements, Fit and Customisation
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, fabric details, and any custom inputs before completing a purchase.


For customwear, semi-stitched or altered products, measurements and instructions submitted by the customer will be treated as final. Saadgi Designer Boutique will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete or unclear measurements or preferences submitted by the customer.



5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or incomplete order information.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout. An order will be treated as confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and order confirmation from our side.
Once payment is completed and the order is confirmed, the order will be treated as final and will be governed by our no return, no refund and no exchange policy, subject only to non-waivable rights under applicable law.


6. Pricing and Availability

Prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Taxes, delivery charges and any other applicable charges, if any, will be shown during the checkout flow or order summary as applicable.

We may update pricing, product availability, collections or product descriptions at any time without prior notice.


7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled manually through the best available shipping provider at the time of dispatch.
Our standard delivery commitment is approximately 7 to 14 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the destination and the shipping provider available. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to courier availability, operational constraints, public holidays, weather, regulatory issues, remote-area coverage and other delays outside our control.


A delayed shipment or delayed delivery will not by itself create a right to cancellation, refund, return or exchange.


8. No Return, No Refund, No Exchange

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any product once payment has been completed.

This policy applies to all categories sold by us, including unstitched items, semi-stitched items, readymade products and customwear orders.
Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.


9. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, upload malicious code, or use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.


We may suspend or restrict access to any user account or order activity that appears suspicious, abusive or unlawful.


10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, imagery, product photography, graphics, logos, designs, branding, website layout and creative materials, belongs to Saadgi Designer Boutique or is used with appropriate permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, displayed or commercially used without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saadgi Designer Boutique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the website, delayed delivery, product variation, measurement issues provided by the customer, or inability to use the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from the use of the website or any order placed with us.
