Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method
Saadgi Designer Boutique uses manual shipping arrangements and selects the most suitable shipping provider available at the time of dispatch for each order.
We do not commit to a single courier partner for all orders. The carrier may vary based on destination, serviceability, shipment type and operational convenience.


2. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product type, customisation, finishing requirements, order volume and operational capacity.


Products that require tailoring, finishing, preparation or special handling may take additional time before dispatch.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery commitment is approximately 7 to 14 days from order confirmation.

This timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may be earlier or later depending on the location, the courier chosen, serviceability constraints and external conditions.


4. Delays
Delivery and dispatch may be delayed due to courier availability, logistics disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, political or regulatory events, remote-area limitations, force majeure events, or any other reason beyond our reasonable control.
A delay by the shipping provider or a delay in dispatch does not create a right to cancellation, refund, return or exchange.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number and any delivery instructions required at the time of placing the order.
Saadgi Designer Boutique will not be responsible for failed delivery, return to origin, loss, re-shipping cost or delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


6. Delivery Attempts and Acceptance
Delivery will be attempted as per the process followed by the selected shipping provider. Customers are expected to remain reachable on the contact number provided and to accept the shipment when delivery is attempted.


If a shipment cannot be delivered due to repeated failed attempts, refusal, non-availability of the customer or address issues, we will not be obliged to provide any refund, exchange or cancellation.


7. Risk in Transit
Once the order is handed over to the shipping provider, delivery timelines and transit handling are substantially dependent on the third-party carrier.
We will reasonably coordinate with the carrier where possible, but we do not control third-party transit operations or delivery commitments.
